[ASA] Anne Green’s retirement celebration - February 17th

Hi everyone,

as some of you may know, Professor Anne Green is retiring in February. To
celebrate her long and successful career, we are having a small celebration
on Friday, February 17th at the University of Sydney.

We will have a series of talks by Anne’s current and past students and
colleagues, from 1:30pm to 5pm, followed by drinks and nibbles from 5-7pm.
The event will be held at the Sydney Nanoscience Hub, on the main campus.

Anne has had a broad impact on Australian astronomy, both scientifically
and through her mentoring and leadership. Everyone is welcome to attend the
event, but please let me know (via email) for catering purposes.

If you can’t attend, but would like to send a written or record message,
please email me. Feel free to pass this invitation on to colleagues who are
not on the ASA exploder,
