Astronomy Software and Systems Engineer (please circulate)
Swinburne is currently advertising for an Astronomy Software and Systems Engineer to be involved in the research, design
and development of software for astronomical research that involves High Performance Computing (HPC). The role of the
successful applicant includes software engineering, acting as a technology consultant, preparing and publishing documentation,
and community support. It involves working with the gSTAR national facility and supporting the TAO node of the All-Sky Virtual Observatory.

The initial appointment is for 12 months with the possibility of extensions subject to continued funding.
