[ASA] 3rd Annual GMT Community Science Meeting

Dear Colleagues,

I would like to follow on from Matthew Colless' email announcing the
2015 GMT Community Science Meeting ... and encourage Australia's
extremely strong stellar populations, galactic archaeology and
galaxy evolution community to engage with this workshop, by pointing
out that:

(1) The Asilomar Conference venue the meeting will be held at is
a spectacularly beautiful one, sitting on the Monterey
Peninsula on the California coast. And

(2) There is NO registration fee for this conference - that is funded
by GMTO to encourage the GMT community to take part in
discussions that will lead to the GMT being a scientifically
    productive facility.

I would encourage Australian astronomers to play an active role in this meeting!

Cheers

Chris Tinney
