Fourth Australian Exoplanet Workshop - USQ Toowoomba 25 & 26 Nov 2014

For those interested but unable to attend next week's workshop in person:
USQ will trial a live webinar of as much of the workshop as is feasible
using AARNet’s Zoom Video Conferencing service. If you would like to
participate, please register at the following link.  Upon registering with
your email address, you will be sent a link to click to join the webinar
once it begins.

The webinar will begin streaming around 8:30 am Australian Eastern Standard
Time on the morning of Tuesday 25 Nov and you will be able to submit
questions during the seminar using the chat facility of the Zoom
conferencing software. If you have any questions or issues, please contact

For those attending in person: We have arranged an informal welcome at the
bar in the USQ REFECTORY (R block) on the Monday evening 5pm to 8pm. Drinks
are at your own cost but the prices seem reasonable and the LOC will be on
hand to welcome and assist you. All workshop talks will be held on the
fifth floor of the PHOENIX building (Q block) in rooms Q501 and Q502 with
lunch and morning and afternoon tea provided free of charge. A dinner
outing has been arranged for Tuesday night, USQ's Dr Jonti Horner will be
presenting a free post-workshop public lecture on the Wednesday evening,
and a free post-workshop bus tour to Mt Kent Observatory will take place
