[ASA] Users' Committee for Gemini report

The newly-formed Users' Committee for Gemini (UCG) held its first regular meeting
in La Serena, Chile, on 18-19 October 2012. The UCG's report from that meeting,
and the Observatory's response to its recommendations, are now available from
http://www.gemini.edu/node/11953. Australian users of Gemini are encouraged to
continue providing feedback to their UCG representative Sarah Brough (sb at aao.gov.au).
