Research Scholarships in UAV Systems Development

Available for full-time PhD research in the area of cooperative control of 
UAVs; applicants should have an Hons 1 degree in aeronautical/aerospace 
engineering or mechanical/mechatronics engineering or related discipline; 
$23,886 pa + overseas travel grants and other allowances; up to 3 years; 
applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of Australia.

RSPCA Australia Alan White Scholarship for Animal Welfare Research – For 
improving the welfare of animals in Australia.
RSPCA Australia Scholarship for Humane Animal Production Research – For 
development of humane alternative animal production systems.
Applicants must be enrolled full-time at an Australian tertiary institution 
in any disciplines; $7,000.

in Australia;  preference will be given to students involve in the study of 
20th century Australian history, politics, foreign relations, social 
studies, or similar; $300/wk + travel costs; 6 weeks (3/1/05 – 11/2/05), 
tenable at the National Archives Canberra Office; applicants must be 
Australian residents.
