[Limdep Nlogit List] Interpretation of the alternative specific constants (alt1, alt2)

Dear Professor Greene and Nlogit users,
Please help me understand how to interpret the results for alt1, alt2, and none in the results below. Alt1 and alt2 are used as alternative-specific constants. Also, how to interpret the coefficients for  Distns. of RPs. Std.Devs in a model. Thank you for your continued help.
