[Limdep Nlogit List] Two Step Estimation Using Binary Choice Models in Other Models - Panel Data Option

Is there is a panel data estimator for two step estimation using binary
choice models in other models, e.g., probit and negative binomial?  The
estimator is described starting on page E15-54 of the Limdep manual for
cross-sectional data.

Any help would be appreciated.
