Dear  Wendy,

The IES Annual Conference will be held this year at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana from August 6-8, 2020. A special Emerging Professional Workshop is scheduled for Thursday, August 6th. Students and Emerging Professionals will participate in networking and educational events at the workshop and in the informal events on Wednesday and Saturday nights.

Corporate sponsorships and scholarships are available to offset travel costs. Please encourage your Students and Emerging Professionals to attend the conference and apply to receive financial support.

The Young Professional Scholarship is being offered to support the attendance of Students at the IES Annual Conference. The scholarship covers the registration fee and reimburses the recipient for travel/hotel expenses.
