Next week with Arup Sydney we are running a seminar on Urban Lighting called Safer Cities.

The seminar will be presented by Arup in conjunction with Monash University.

Presenters from Arup and Monash will discuss the findings of a research project that they jointly undertook, which surveyed women on the perceived safety of specific locations in Melbourne and Sydney with regard to lighting and urban design.

It's an important study that has received a lot of recognition Paolo.

I would like to invite you and all design students at the Uni to attend. The seminar will be held in the evening next week ( February 26) at Arup's offices in Barrack Place.

The seminar fee is $75 however we would like to offer to everyone associated with University for $25.

I will send you an email with the discount code and would greatly appreciate if you could distribute to your students and colleagues.
