development (GitHub, Continued Integration, static analyzers, profiling) and will assist Dr. Wessel, Dr. Uieda, and the GMT team in strengthening the GMT C core and evolving the PyGMT wrapper. Applicants must have completed a PhD in data science or the physical
sciences at the time of appointment, with a preference for geophysics, and must be proficient in spoken and written English. The position is open immediately and will remain open until an appointment is made. Tele-working is possible if you are located in
the US. The position pays a salary of up to USD $70,000/year depending on qualifications, plus fringe benefits.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
