Science & Technology Australia will hold its virtual annual general meeting (AGM) on Wednesday 18 November 2026. <br>
<br>
The Nominations Committee of the STA Board invites nominations for two (2) Board Director positions and the position of President-Elect. <br>
<br>
The Nominations Committee identified the following skills as highly desirable in the new Board Directors to complement the existing skills on the board and help guide the organisation:  </span></span>
<ul>
<li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "Segoe UI", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Science policy and advocacy, experience working on sector-wide policy issues is desirable </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "Segoe UI", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Business development  </span></span></li><li><span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: "Segoe UI", Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;">Design and delivery of professional development programs. </span></span></li></ul>
