<p class="MsoNormal" style="background:white"><span style="font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:black">This year marks the 100<sup>th</sup> anniversary of the establishment of the Commonwealth Solar Observatory at Mount Stromlo, now the site of Mount Stromlo
Observatory and the ANU Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics (RSAA). Mount Stromlo has an incredible legacy of discovery and has been central to many aspects of Australian astronomical research. To celebrate this milestone, the Research School of
Astronomy and Astrophysics will be hosting a 1-day symposium at the Shine Dome in Canberra on 18 September which will highlight the contributions of scientists at Mount Stromlo.
