<div dir="ltr"><div><div style="text-align:center"><b><font size="4"><u>2023 ASM and HWSA</u></font></b></div><div style="text-align:center"><br></div>The ASA Council is seeking bids from institutions wishing to host the 2023 Annual Scientific Meeting of the ASA and the 2023 Harley Wood School for Astronomy (HWSA). Council is seeking bids for hybrid meetings that will include face-to-face and virtual/online access. This is to provide greater flexibility for attendance of ASA events, as well as helping with the ASA's sustainability goals.<br><br>In 2023, the ASM meeting dates are <i>suggested </i>to be <font color="#000000">Monday July 3 - Friday July 7, </font>2023.
These dates were chosen to align with school holidays in most states. The final dates are selected by the hosts.
