<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Researchers from Swinburne University of Technology are recruiting researchers and postgraduate students working in the broad fields of Astronomy and Earth Observation sciences. The purpose of the project
is to gain understanding of the current work practices of researchers in these two data-intensive disciplines.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">In particular, the project aims to investigate the role of visual inspection of images in the two disciplines. This includes understanding experiences with formal and informal training in visual inspection
of data, the extent to which visual inspection and/or automated solutions are used in current work activities, and the level of awareness and/or adoption of several categories of advanced image display technologies.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Volunteers will be asked to complete an online survey, delivered through the Qualtrics Experience Management platform, which should take no more than 20 minutes to complete.

<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt"> </span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">Survey responses will be collected anonymously. However, participants may also agree to take part in a short interview (10 minutes) with the research team and/or register for a future planned technology demonstration.
On providing such additional consent, you will be asked to identify yourself and provide an e-mail address to the research team.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
