<p class="xmsonormal"><span style="font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">The IVOA was formed in June 2002 and now comprises 20 Virtual Observatory program member countries, with senior representatives from these countries forming the IVOA Executive Committee. Australia
is one of the IVOA foundation member countries and this call for nominations is to replace the outgoing Australian representative to the IVOA Executive Committee.
