Dear ASA members,

I am delighted to announce that PASA’s 2015 Two-year ISI Impact Factor is 3.245 (see attached; this represents a rise from 2.653 in 2015, the highest since 2009, and the second highest ever). This is an excellent result for PASA. Our 5-year impact factor also rose to 2.629, showing a steady improvement.

I would like to express my thanks to the whole community for making this happen, especially to the MWA collaboration who have been a very strong supporter of the journal, and to the Dawes review authors. I hope we can continue to improve the quality of articles in PASA so that it becomes a natural home for all of us so that our science can benefit our society.

Yours in publishing,

Daniel Price
PASA Ed

PS: For those wondering, the “2015 Impact factor” is the number of citations in 2015 to papers published in 2013 and 2014, divided by the number of papers.
